City, MO 64157, phone 816-792-2913.  His practice is primarily in Public
Radio & TV.  Since Public TV stations seem to have been, in the main, early
adopters of digital TV, he may have the bulk of his work in that area
already behind him and be able to help -- or at least perhaps to recommend
someone who can.

I have a small LP station in Martinsville, IN. and they are in need of a
consultant who can take on the process of getting them a digital CP. They
are already analog and intend to flash cut to Digital once the study and CP
is granted. All the consultants I know are swamped and will not take on
additional work at this time. Thanks to everyone for the help.
