[SBE] Webcast date

Naturally, someone will always have a conflict, but the date and time was carefully chosen to fit around the schedule of other events being held at the national meeting. This takes advantage of the national board members being present in one location while not interfering with other meetings, sessions and other events. We also have to work with our hosts at Wisconsin Public TV who are providing the facilities.

By sitting in do mean attend the webcast in person at the studio? We have considered this, but there is limited room at the TV station and no room for a live audience. We may be able to accomodate this at future webcasts.

We also encourage chapters to meet a view it as a group. We will take questions during the webcast via phone, messenger, e-mail and Skype.

With a lot of members traveling to Madison Monday night, this seems a really awkward time to do this. Wouldn't it be better to do it Tuesday during the show for those who can't make it, and those that did can sit in?  Or earlier Monday before folks are flying/driving?
