[SBE] HD plant construction engineer needed

And let's hope they aren't certified SBE card carrying members as that
would do none of us any good-in my mind there is a huge difference
between a cable splice terminator and an actual trained, experienced,
certified SBE engineer.

Its $20/hr.  that's $800/wk.  Lots of folks in this market and others
make less.
