Take a look at the BlackMagic Decklink cards, they work with Macs and PCs. They have a program called LiveKey that makes the DeckLink card do exactly what you describe, in real time.

Greetings All:

I'm looking for a cheap, quick and temporary solution for a logo inserter.

Does anyone know of software to run on a PC/Mac using a video card (BlackMagic, Aja, etc) that will take a video input, insert the logo and output the new video in real-time? (near real time is OK, 3-5 sec).
