I worked for MediaFLO, and still contract to them. The business model of cell 
phone TV is not impacted by broadcast TV except in those markets where there 
is a channel 55 or 1st adjacent active channel. In most cases FLO pays to 
operate with a minimum of interference and co-locates a FLO transmitter. FLO uses 
distributed transmission techniques and the system is moving to lots of small 
transmitters ala Cell Phone style and not big stick full power and satellite 
transmitters. Even to the level of individual building transmitters to serve, 
for example, train stations, airports, stadiums, and such.
