[SBE] 4 more months? Slight, hopefully positive thread drift..

I have discussed this with our NEWS department.
We think that the GM should be the last to shut off the transmitter.
We will have a Photog to document the event.
NEWS is considering a live break-in during programming to televise
the event with one last announcement that if our signal goes away
that you have to convert.
