[SBE] US House delays DTV transition

But don't forget, the stimulus package had the NTIA DTV receiver card 
funding, and it is one of the first cut parts, so NTIA may not get any more DTV box 
money, "to heck with the voters let them buy their own DTV boxes" is the mantra 
in DC right now.
