[SBE] Broadcast Video Training

A colleague who works in the transport end of things asked me for
suggestions on where to look for video engineering training for some of
his people.  He writes that he has been looking at SBE certification
guides, and some aspects are covered there, but he is looking at studio
fiber video transport applications - making measurements, QOS, that sort
of thing.  Articles in TV Technology and Broadcast Engineering, Ennes
workshops, etc., are more about continuing education, and most of the
textbooks (e.g. Poynton, Whitaker etc.) are several years old by now.
Any suggestions?
