[SBE] Trying to remember

Does anyone remember the first date that full power TV stations were 
supposed to secede from analog transmission? (today being the second and 
June 12th the third). I didn't use the term "transition to digital" as 
most all full power stations have been transmitting in digital for 
sometime now.
