[SBE] Trying to remember

Seems to me, it was sometime in early November, 2006. The 12th sticks in
my head for some reason. We had our full-power digital transmitter
on-line in January of '06 but were struggling to get back to full-power
in November due to some failed power supplies. The date was pushed back
some time after we were on.

	Does anyone remember the first date that full power TV stations
were supposed to secede from analog transmission? (today being the
second and June 12th the third). I didn't use the term "transition to
digital" as most all full power stations have been transmitting in
digital for sometime now.
