[SBE] TV Station Purchase Checklist

This was a very good thread. I just had a bit of a "Duh!" moment though. 
This would be a good article, or even white paper that could be made 
available through SBE. In the heat of the deal, some of these ideas 
could be easily overlooked, and from the responses, have been from time 
to time. Anyone interested in tackling it?
