[SBE] Fwd: NAB FM chip proposal

I think I made my position perfectly clear when the FCC asked abut comments 
on the dysfunctional EAS system a couple years ago. Junk it and start from 
stratch with no audible interruption to anything. I suggested cell phoned back 
then for various clear easons, personally local, GPS allows alerting only those 
necessary, text display on screen built in, and you can take the battery out. 
It just doesn't cover the hinterlands but terrorists are ot likely to strike in 
Mousejaw WY.
