[SBE] Copper Thefts Linked to New Currency Standard?

I would disagree. Here's the take- Chinese invest in commodity that is  
low priced, the price rises, the demand shrinks and/or copper is worth  
more. Thefts or salvage (legal or illegal) becomes more profitable.
