[SBE] AM MoM applications

The FCC has granted the first AM MoM licenses to WKOX and WRCA. This ends a 30 project to have the FCC change the rules to allow computer modeling. 
AM stations are encouraged to file 302 license applications to convert licenses to take advantage of the new rules.
