[SBE] WAGA Analog Sign Off w/ First CE

WCBS 2 in NYC played the National Anthem while shutting down and then
again when they turned on their new DTV Channel 33.

I don't have video of it but I'm sure it will pop up somewhere.

That was a very nice piece. Now...if someone shuts down with a picture
of a waving American flag and playing the Star Spangled Banner...that
would be very unique.
