[SBE] WAGA Analog Sign Off w/ First CE

Very classy sign-off! I loved the use of the archival footage. My father
served in the Air Force and "High Flight" was read at his funeral and always
brings tears to my eyes. The video was a well-deserved tribute to a station
as historic as KDKA.
