[SBE] analog shut-off day

On most of the shut downs I saw, I was a bit annoyed that they were 
calling it the "Beginning of Digital". What bothered me about that is 
for many non-technical people they may be thinking that digital 
transmission didn't start until yesterday. I think it would have been 
better understood and presented as the "End of Analog TV".
