I filed comments on this FCC matter including a proposal to solve the low 
IBOC power issue, wireless microphones and several other issues the FCC has 
failed to solve.  You can read them on line or an inquiry to my personal 
e-mail I can send you a copy including band plan for a new digital aural 
service. It was suggested I re-sub to this list to provide this information.
