You can use any coil voltage on the relays, but the RF current needs to be
well below the 60 Hz mains current reading since you are dealing with
contact surface currents, not conductor currents. Silver only please. Now if you
are only switching the phasor relays and not RF, then to be nice and safe
the current required should be not in excess of 70-80% of the contact rating.
diodes across to prevent coil voltage spikes if DC current. You can use
MOV's for AC coils.
