Yes the antenna is but not across the connector.  On a Mark products 
feed for example center conductor is isolated from ground.  Therefore 
looking up the line with an ohmeter and seeing significant resistance 
shows moisture or other short.  Line should look to an ohmeter as a 
DC open from the ground.
