[SBE] 950 STL curious problem

I thought of the radar detector. I used to work for Qualcomm and the guy 
that took over was a friend and he described the problem and I said radar 
detector, turned out to be in the kids car of the chief of the station that 
owned the tower. FYI it was a Bell unit.
