[SBE] BAS Conversion in Seattle

The last "official" Nextel market transition date is October 10, 2009, but a stations-determined date of three weeks later would not surprise me.

I confirmed a negative on Seattle but I was told that October 31st is the
tentative date. Thanks for the link.
