Thanks Cowboy, I will when he gets back from wherever he went to. Mainly, I
needed to know up or down if had happened and voila, thanks to a bunch of
smart SBE members, I have learned that it hasn't happened yet.

My experience with the BAS conversions suggests that the absolute,
drop-dead, no extensions for any reason, mandates from the Commissions are
merely suggestions, and mean almost nothing.

Talk to the LOCAL market coordinator to get a real answer.
