I ran into a case of severe FM RFI a few years ago. Two causes were
discovered. First was the crossrods on the tower itself were just touching,
and were in the process of burning through as a result of induced currents
from the FM antenna.

Next, the cable that ran through one of the guy turnbuckles wasn't
bonded, wasn't even clamped, but the end of it was "just touching" the
opposite end of its loop, and arcing. Both problems caused serious RFI for
the neighborhood.
