Yes, and the FCC pretty much expects us to address ALL complaints whether
with receivers or not. I'm expecting to spend as much on this portion of
the project as I did for a new HDx exciter!

I believe the Key is documentation of each and every issue and resolution.
I've been "Googling" "Blanketing Interference" and have come across some
scary stories if the complaints are not fully resolved.

As I progress, perhaps my experiences will be of benefit to us all.

Well, now it appears to be RF ingress into equipment that wasn't
designed to keep RF (or out of band RF) out. Back to Cowboy's suggestion(s),
it appears.
