[SBE] Links on pages

Hi All,

I have added some links to the bottom of the last page of my website which *should* give the 
FCC rules parts 0 through 79 in both PDF and zip format...however I am unable to test these 
links from home as my router for some reason will not allow it. Can anybody bop over to my 
site and see if they can obtain the information that I mentioned. It is at the bottom of the 
page labled 'related links"
