A recall a fellow that considering himself pretty sharp at RF but
had no Broadcast Experience - 

We were standing next to a row of Collins 831G2 transmitters 
when I told him that the final amplifier in this model had a grounded
screen.   I then asked him if he thought that was unusual - he said
no.

I forgot to ask him if he had ever emptied the pan under the 
Grid Leak.
