[SBE] Roundtable and Chat reminders

Hi,

I am the cause of this 'flurry of activity'. I offer my appologies for taking this list where it is not
supposed to go. This was not intentional, just looking for advice, help etc. I shall not post the
type of post I have been making on this list again.
