Hello from Tucson! 

Let's see if we have this straight: 
 you volunteer to serve your area as an EAS LP station 
 you train your people and run tests every week, most all successful 
 you have a weekend operator who makes a mistake and botches the test 
 the FCC fines you $5,000. 
 after a large outcry and many thousands of legal dollars, the EB "admonishes" you and demands you certify that you are doing what you have certified you are doing. 

Now ... Does anyone really want to volunteer for LP status?

More to the point, will you let the FCC know your viewpoint?

PLEASE read my thoughts on this. And, please consider making your voice heard on this issue.

Also, you may wish to read Richard Rudman's and Adrienne Abbott's comments on the matter.
