[SBE] broadcast engineer job postings

I noticed a few job openings mentioned recently on the SBE Roundtable. Just
a reminder, or if you are not aware, the SBE hosts a very active job list
called SBE JobsOnline <http://sbe.org/jobs_online.php>  on our website.
There are usually 60 to 80 job openings posted and it's free for employers
to list their openings. The system is automated and the page is one of the
most visited on the SBE website.  You might refer those you know who have
job openings to visit the site and post them.
