9am to 12 noon, eastern time.    

FTA  on 89 degrees west, 3946.1 mhz, 6111 msb, FEC 3 / 4  on service 2.

Hi all,

            Does anyone know of a reliable HD downlink that is present
most of the time?  Something like "Shepherd's Chapel" on Galaxy 16,
transponder 16 on the analog side.  I need to verify my HD receiver is
working.   Without symbol rates it is pretty rough trying to channel
surf in the digital age.
