[SBE] Real-Time Closed Captioning

ENCO (the company who makes the DADpro radio automation) makes software 
called enCaption (see http://www.enco.com/enCaption.htm). My 
recollection is it takes non-music material via a mix-minus from your 
board and creates ASCII text to drive a caption encoder. ENCO is a SBE 
Sustaining Member, as well.
I think enCaption is what you are looking for.
