[SBE] Audio Over IP choices

We use Barix and Comrex field AoIP solutions throughout the company.
We use Axia console/routing with IP drivers coupled with OMT iMediaTouch
playouts at our stations' studios in Asheville NC and Charlottesville VA.
We are just rolling out a Wheatstone Wheatnet-IP system with IP drivers
coupled with OMT iMediaTouch playout at our Milwaukee stations' studios.
