You can change the "IT" part to any other job out there and it's still the
same. None of this is unique to one profession or the other. We've just done
a lousy job of educating our young about the realities of life and careers!

Remember when the IT folks used to laugh at us working in an industry with a
valid Five-Nines constraint job?

Seems the real world has caught up, and they ain't laughing no more.
