I noted that a station recently got into trouble with the FCC regarding
advertising for an open position.If I recall they were only advertising
on-line. Would be good to check this out.

We always send our postings to the CBA, but their jobs page has been under
construction for several months. I hope they get it fixed soon!

In addition to SBE, you might try listing your job opening on your state
broadcaster association's web site. There is no charge for the listing and
the feds recognize SBA job banks as good EEO sources. In your case, you
would contact the California Broadcasters Association at
http://www.yourcba.com/
