[SBE] Hams in Broadcasting Net

I'll be around for the Hams in Broadcasting Net tonight on IRLP
Reflector 9615.  We are also on the Echolink *SBE* Conference 96150,
however yesterday I heard it wasn't working.  I'm not sure where the
problem is, but give it a try and we'll see how it makes out.
