[SBE] Video Rack refurb

I have a Stantron rack, VCAS-70-1 (Midwest) (70' racking height)  that I need to refurb since someone buggered up the rails.
 
Anyone know if something such as Middle Atlantic Z-rail VRR-54 can be used to replace the front and rear rails of this rack?
