[SBE] OTA digital TV interference

Agree w/Mr Peterson that the reflection is causing the digital stream to
enter the receiver from the two sources, the main transmitter and the
reflection.  The out-of-phase stream is negating the original stream and
causing the issue.
Perhaps an antenna connected to a spectrum analyzer could help locate a
better path from the transmitter.
