I'm not aware of any "FCC list" but there is a site that does use web 
crawlers to find things. Barix boxes are easily identified, as well as 
Sage EAS boxes, Tielines, and the list continues.

For free they (whoever they are) will allow you to see a few, for the 
whole list you have to pay $49.

Depending on the network the box is on and how it's programed some are 
easily identifiable while others you just know they are there.

The information available looks like this,and yes I "XX"'d out the 
actual address.
