[Techtoolslist] Kool Tools: IC Comparator checks PROMs

Don't you have to make a separate board for each IC? I also have one
of those buried in a drawer - mine has a "Universal" board that you
can install any IC into and jumper - but way to time consuming...if
I'm right that is.
