[Techtoolslist] Fluke 80K-40 HV probe

Hello all,

Can the Fluke 80K-40A (currently on eBay) be used to discharge a monitor or is its impedance too high ?

I am actually in the market for a B&K precision HV-44 but I can't find locate one at the moment :-(
