Mike,

I think you hit on the problem. My 29A has a Unipak, not a Unipak 2B. I dont
even see an option for the Unipak in Promlink versions 6.10 or 3.4. I tried
using the Unipak 2B setting but it throws up an error message asking me if
it is a 2B (which it isnt). At least it seems to be talking to the 29A. I've
tried this on both an XP machine and a Win 98 machine and they both have
have the problem (note that version 3.4 wont run on XP at all)

Does anyone have a verion of promlink that will drive the Unipak as opposed
to the Unipak 2B?
