Had to do a double take then for a second. I did that ages ago now :)

But since you mention it, it's probably worth me pointing a couple of quick things out.

1. I ended up disconnecting the LEDs on my adapter. I think I popped the fuse in my 9100 and couldn't be bothered to investigate. The LEDs ended up annoying me anyway and I found I didn't need them. Not difficult to tell when caps is on. If there's an obvious error in the design then let me know and I'll modify it.

2. I never finished the code. The only thing that is missing is support for the control key. In reality, I've used this for two years now and have never needed the control key. It's functionality was mostly used in terminal emulation mode (i think!). I started to run into problems with code size and having to relocate the code within page boundaries. The reality was, the project was a means to an end. I had a new 9100FT thanks to a kind seller on here and I needed to start using it. As soon as it worked fully, I moved on and started using it!

Despite those two things, like I say I've used the keyboard a fair amount for two years now and have never been told of any problems. Maybe no-one has ever built one? Who knows! I know how many times the code has been downloaded ;)

Hopefully someone will find some use in it. 

I know the guy that came and fitted the hands free kit for my phone in my BMW got a little sheepish when he started to tell me that the steering wheel integration was just a PIC micro-controller in a box sending keystrokes down an interface and he knocked a lot of money off for me! 

I would have loved to have knocked up some little PCBs to make it more robust but I just didn't know where to start.
