Hey BF,

The keyboard is actually a pretty ordinary device. I've posted some docs on
J+ (can't recall if I also Cc'd here) with part numbers etc. There are
tonnes of hits for the part number on Google that indicate the keyboard was
also used in a lot of industrial computing applications, so it's worth
checking out ebay et al for serial Cherry keyboards.

Now, if you were interested in scoping out the keyboard IO to fill in some
of the details (I've just got too much to do and too little time) then I
might be up for lending you a keyboard for a month or two? How does that
sound as a deal ;)
