[Techtoolslist] Wireless Enabled Fluke 9010A, Anyone?

The fluke 9010a will go faster than 9600 baud , however, you need to modify
Pierre's board to get the higher board ( I tested up to 19200 without issue,
however, FIDE does not support the higher baud rates. I have the FIDE
source, but just never sat down to work on recompiling my 64bit mod into it
or supporting other baud rates, Someone else chimed in and said they were
going to re-write it so I didn't move forward on anything.. Maybe I will
drag out my old VB6 dev machine and patch the dosbox calls and add some more
configuration friendly options.

Or I could just re-write in C# :P

I'm with the others on this and think it sounds great, too.

and will disable the use of the wired DB25 (although it is a reversible
modification if you ever wanted to).

details on how I made the modifications to my two 9010A's. It does take a
little time and some soldering, but makes for a tidy, self contained setup -
I'm almost always glad to eliminate some copper spaghetti from the bench
when I can. With enough interest, I may consider running some of the adapter
PCB's I designed for myself and offer to others who are interested.
