[Techtoolslist] BK cmos IC Tester 552 manual wanted

Not sure that is why I want the manual and look at the schematic and see the
difference 
I can find the 550 is on johns site 
De does not have the 552

How much different is the 552 compared to the 550? I actually think i have a
552 and a 550 at home... maybe the manuals.
