[Town Meeting] Amendments to article 25

It is my intention to submit the following amendments to article 25, both of
which have already been reviewed by town council and submitted to the 
moderator.

First amendment:

In the first line of paragraph "A", delete the words from "On Sundays" 
through to "all other days", and on line 4 change "Saturdays" to "holidays 
and weekends".  

Second amendment:

Delete paragraph "B".

Section 5  Leaf Blowers

A. The use of leaf blowers is prohibited except between the hours of 
   7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays, and between the 
   hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on holidays and weekends.
