Members,

I am presenting the attached amendment to Warrant Article 14 for
consideration at Town Meeting.  The language adds the phrase "at
illuminated Town fields" to the end of the last condition, #7, under
"Operation".  The existing language could be construed to mean any
sport-related activity anywhere in town (i.e. driveway basketball,
street hockey, etc.), whereas I believe the intent is to only apply
this exception to scheduled sports league games, which would occur at
one of the Town's lighted fields.
