the future it's really better if people just email
things directly to townmeeting at arlingtonlist.org

That way when they appear on the list they appear

At a special meeting of the Arlington Recycling Cmte (ARC) held on Thursday
April 29th the ARC unanimously endorsed 
the following substitute motion - A powerpoint presentation in support of
the sub motion is attached as background (pdf)
 
    That the Town Manager's report to Town Meeting be accepted and that Town
Meeting 
    endorses the implementation of a pay-as-you-throw program.
 
Hard-copies of these materials will be distributed to TMMs at the next
session of town meeting
