[Town Meeting] Clarification on elections

Hi, John,

I know it can be a bit confusing.

The following precincts are being redistricted (which means all twelve
members will be on the ballot) and any current town meeting in those
precincts will get a form letter (like in the past) and just have to
sign the letter and return it to my office.  Anyone who was appointed
at this year's town meeting or who are running for the first time,
have to take out nomination papers.

I am attaching a sample of the letter.

Anyone who is a current town meeting member and will be in a new
precinct also just need to sign the letter I send them.

Redistricting Precinct: 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18,
19 and 20

I hope this clears up some of the confusion.
